PAST EVENTS
TUPAC FESTIVAL | JUNE 16-23, 2017-18
​
A festival that focuses on musician, philosopher, and modern cultural hero Tupac Shakur. Annual festival that includes 6-12 events held in multiple well-known venues all across Nashville, TN. The event draws over 2500 people.
BLACK ANTIQUITY | FEB 11-24, 2018
​
Nashville's official Black History Month Celebration. 10 events over 12 days in collaboration with including partnerships with Higher Educational Institutions, Nashville Business, Technology companies, & Community Organizations. A variety of programs geared for all ages. The events drew over 2000 participants.
BLACK PANTHER REGIONAL PREMIER | FEB 15, 2018

We managed and promoted the regional premier of Marvels Black Panther as a fundraiser for a local non-profit. We also arranged funding for over 600 Nashville school children to attend opening weekend showings of the film. Our events were instrumental in bringing Nashville, TN to the forefront of the cultural phenomenon created by Black Panther. Our footage and photos were used by the following outlets; Associated Press, Good Morning America, The Daily Show, Essence Magazine & many more.
JUNETEENTH CELEBRATION | JUNE 19, 2018

Founded and oversaw the inaugural Juneteenth event for Nashville, TN. A commemoration of the oldest known holiday marking the end of slavery was held at historic Fort Negley. The celebration honored the free African Americans who fought to defeat the confederacy and those who continue to fight today. The event drew over 1000 people.
